Set to the instrument
The A-frame opens by infinitesimal steps rather than fixed notches, so a slim electric and a deep bodied acoustic can each be given the right cradle.
Natural rubber where it touches
The adjusting knob and the bottom arms are covered in natural rubber. That is chosen to hold the instrument safely and to avoid chemical reactions with the instrument finish, the problem that leaves marks on nitrocellulose and some vintage lacquers.
Built to stand still
The upper joint is loaded nylon, and levelling rubber feet keep the frame steady on floors that are not quite flat. Three picks are included and sit in the space provided on the joint.
