The SH710 is a universal stand for guitar and bass with an auto locking holder, built to fold flat when the gig is over.
The neck locks itself
Setting the instrument in place closes the auto locking system, so the guitar is held rather than simply leaned. The locking arms are covered with EVA, as are the tripod legs, keeping the finish away from anything hard.
Height to suit the instrument
A loaded nylon joint with a height adjustment knob sets the yoke where it needs to sit, which lets one stand serve a short scale electric one day and a bass the next.
Packs down completely
The tripod base is loaded nylon with a clamp system, and the whole stand folds down, so it travels in a gig bag rather than taking up a seat in the car.
