What is inside the amp section
There are 12 component-level electric guitar amp models covering classic Blackstar and Ampton tones, three bass amp models, two acoustic voices and a convincing acoustic simulator. Blackstar's patented ISF control shapes each of them from a single knob, and a power valve Response switch toggles the output character between EL84, EL34 and 6L6 emulations. In The Room technology is what keeps real-world amp character in the response, so notes stay alive and dynamic rather than sounding flattened.
Effects and control
Over 35 studio-quality effects sit alongside the amp models, and the onboard expression pedal gives real-time control over parameters while you play. The knob-based control set is the part that changes how the unit feels to use: you reach for a control rather than paging through a screen, which is what makes it usable at rehearsal.
