White cabinets are hard to get right on a digital piano. Korg keeps the finish consistent here, from the keys down to the legs that hold the instrument up. The pedal unit and the support frame are part of this version.
Three pedals bolted where they belong
Damper, soft and sostenuto come as a single assembly that fits onto the frame under the keyboard. Each of the three handles half-pedalling, which is what lets a pianist blur a decay instead of switching the sustain on and off. On a tiled floor a loose pedal tends to wander away from your foot. That problem disappears here.
The frame does more than hold it up
Two horizontal boards span the legs and work as beams, which is what keeps the whole assembly rigid. Korg matches the colour of the woodwork to the piano itself. Panelling at the front hides the player's feet, and from a few steps back the shape suggests an upright instrument rather than a keyboard on trestles.
An 88-note keybed
Nothing is trimmed at either end. Keys run A0 to C8, the same span as a standard acoustic piano, and Korg uses its NH action throughout.
Everything in the carton
The included items list runs to four entries: AC adapter, music rest, owner's manual, and the floor stand fitted with its pedal unit. That last entry is why this version costs more than the bare instrument. Half-pedalling comes built into that assembly. After it is put together, no further shopping is needed.
Living with 21 kg
The quoted weight of 21 kg excludes the music rest. That is heavy enough to stay put through a lesson, and two adults can still reposition it. In a bright room the white finish reads lighter than a dark cabinet of the same size. That matters when a piano shares space with the furniture.
