BLX receivers come in single channel, single channel half-rack and dual channel formats, with vocal, guitar, headset and lavalier options, so a second system later can share the same band.
The BLX188/CVL is a two channel wireless package aimed squarely at the spoken word. One BLX88 receiver handles both channels, two BLX1 bodypacks clip to a belt or waistband, and two CVL lavalier microphones do the listening. It is a straightforward way to get a presenter and a co-host, or a speaker and a reader, off cables at the same time.
Low-profile CVL lavalier microphones
The pair of CVL lavaliers are miniature unidirectional capsules with a frequency response tuned for speaking applications. Their compact shape keeps them inconspicuous onstage and in front of a camera, and the supplied lav clips and windscreens help you get consistent sound from every wearer.
One receiver, two channels
The BLX88 dual channel receiver puts tour-tough build quality behind a simple front panel. A 2-colour audio status LED tells you at a glance whether a channel is behaving, and XLR plus 1/4 inch output connectors let it feed a mixer or a powered speaker without hunting for adapters.
