Shure SLXD14D+ Dual Channel Digital Wireless Bodypack System (G66 Band)
Two bodypack channels in a single half-rack receiver, supplied without capsules. Buy this one when you already know which Shure lavalier microphones or instrument cables you want on the ends.
- Two channels: SLXD4D+ 2-channel receiver plus two SLXD1+ bodypack transmitters.
- Space saving: both channels in one half-rackmount unit.
- Open ended: pair with the Shure lavalier mics or instrument cables of your choosing.
- Tuning range: 138MHz, with 32 available channels per band in most regions.
- ShowLink Ease remote control and monitoring of both transmitters.
- Audio: 24-bit digital, 20Hz-20kHz, 118dB dynamic range.
- Band: G66.
Digital predictive switching diversity maintains a strong signal in poor RF environments, IR scan and synchronisation pair each bodypack in seconds, and the receiver supports third-party control devices from AMX, Crestron and others.
The SLXD14D+ is a foundation rather than a finished system. It gives you an SLXD4D+ 2-channel receiver and two SLXD1+ bodypack transmitters, and leaves the choice of capsule to you. That is the right way round if you already have a preferred Shure lavalier, headworn mic or instrument cable.
Two channels in one half-rack unit
The SLXD4D+ puts both channels into a space-saving half-rackmount chassis. You increase channel count with minimal impact on the rack space you have, which is the practical reason most people choose a dual receiver over two singles.
Pick your own capsules
With no microphone in the box, the SLXD14D+ can be a lavalier system, a headworn system, an instrument system or a mix of two of those at once, depending on what you plug into each bodypack.
Wide tuning, plenty of channels
A 138MHz tuning range lets you deploy the receiver in practically any RF environment regardless of how crowded it is, so touring engineers do not have to manage a stack of narrow-range units. Most regions provide 32 available channels per frequency band.
Control both transmitters from where you are
ShowLink Ease provides real-time wireless remote control and monitoring of both SLXD1+ transmitters, so you can manage interference, scan for new channels and update settings without interrupting a performance. Monitoring and configuration from a paired mobile device is also supported.
Audio and RF
The 2-channel receiver combines transparent 24-bit digital audio, a 20Hz-20kHz frequency range and a 118dB dynamic range for high-resolution detail and an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio. Digital predictive switching diversity maintains a strong signal in poor RF conditions, IR scan and synchronisation make pairing quick, and third-party control devices from AMX, Crestron and others are supported.
Supplied in the G66 frequency band.
