Shure SLXD24+/SM58 Digital Wireless Handheld System with SM58 Capsule (G66 Band)
The SM58 capsule, without the cable. This single channel system puts arguably the best known live vocal sound on an SLXD2+ handheld transmitter, running into an SLXD4+ receiver that takes half a rack space.
- Capsule: SM58, the live vocal sound heard on concert stages worldwide.
- Transmitter: SLXD2+ handheld with rugged metal construction.
- Receiver: SLXD4+ 1-channel, half-rackmount, 138MHz tuning range.
- Audio: 24-bit digital, 20Hz-20kHz, 118dB dynamic range.
- ShowLink Ease for real-time remote control and monitoring.
- Channels: 32 available per frequency band in most regions.
- Band: G66.
Digital predictive switching diversity keeps the link solid in poor RF environments, IR scan and synchronisation pair the two in seconds, and the SLXD4+ works with third-party control devices from AMX, Crestron and others.
If you already know how an SM58 sounds in your hand, this is that microphone with the cable removed. The SLXD24+/SM58 combines an SLXD2+ handheld transmitter carrying the SM58 capsule with a single channel SLXD4+ receiver.
The capsule does the talking
The SM58 is the live vocal sound that has been wielded on concert stages all over the world, and it behaves the same way here as it does on a cable. Rugged metal construction on the SLXD2+ means the transmitter is as ready to be handed around as the wired original.
A single channel receiver that travels
The SLXD4+ fits into a half-rackmount space and offers a 138MHz tuning range, so one receiver covers practically any RF environment however crowded rather than needing a different narrow-range unit for each venue. Most regions give you 32 available channels per frequency band.
Digital audio specifications
Transparent 24-bit digital audio, an extended 20Hz-20kHz frequency range and an expansive 118dB dynamic range deliver high-resolution detail and an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio. Digital predictive switching diversity holds a strong signal even when the RF environment is poor.
Pair it fast, adjust it later
IR scan and synchronisation lock the SLXD4+ to the transmitter in seconds. Once you are running, ShowLink Ease gives real-time wireless remote control and monitoring, so you can manage interference or move channel without interrupting the set. A paired mobile device can monitor and configure the system too.
Installed system friendly
Compatibility with a wide array of third-party control devices from AMX, Crestron and others makes the receiver straightforward to drop into an existing control system.
Supplied in the G66 frequency band.
