Vox AC30C2X 30-Watt 2x12" Tube Combo Amp with Celestion Alnico Blue Speakers
The AC30C2X is the most flexible AC30 Vox has built. The classic 30-watt 2x12 platform is still there, but with two channels, footswitchable effects, a true bypass loop for your pedals and a pair of Celestion Alnico Blue speakers.

Based on the classic AC30 design, the AC30C2X keeps the chime and adds range. Two channels, onboard reverb and tremolo, a true bypass effects loop and a duo of 12-inch Celestion Alnico Blue speakers make this the most versatile AC30 in the line.
Normal and Top Boost
Dial your sound in on the Top Boost channel using its treble and bass controls, then work the tone cut and volume in the master section. The balance between the individual channel volume and the master volume is where the amp lives. Weighted one way you get classic chimey cleans, weighted the other you get an edgy, overdriven tone.
Reverb and tremolo on board
Warm spring reverb adds space to the tone, and the tremolo has speed and depth controls so you can set the pulse where you want it. Both can be switched on and off by footswitch, which keeps your hands on the guitar.
True bypass effects loop
If you run a pedalboard, the true bypass loop lets you drop your own stompboxes into the signal path and take them back out again cleanly.
Tubes doing the work
Three 12AX7 preamp tubes feed a quartet of EL84s in the power section, which is where the 30 watts come from and where the compression starts when you turn up.
Speaker options
Inside are two 12-inch, 8-ohm Celestion Alnico Blue speakers. The switchable 8 or 16 ohm output jack lets you play through an external cabinet, muting the internal speakers as it does. A second 16-ohm extension jack runs a cabinet alongside the internal speakers instead.
