The Vox AC30CH is a 30-watt, full valve guitar amplifier head. It puts the AC30 circuit in a head chassis so you can choose your own cabinet and carry less weight than a combo of the same output.
Switchable wattage
The output is switchable, which means the amp can be run below its full rating. That matters with valve amps, because much of the character arrives when the output stage is working hard. Lowering the wattage brings that point down to a level a small room or a studio can handle.
