Description

The Vox Mini Go 50 gives you 50 watts of room-filling output and a lot more tones than a practice amp normally carries. Alongside some very convincing models of the Normal and Top Boost channels of a cranked AC30, it puts a backline of iconic British and American amps and a set of immersive studio effects at your fingertips.

VET modeling technology

The Mini Go 50 runs on Vox Virtual Element Technology, which models guitar amplifiers and effects circuits down to their component levels. The experience is closer to playing through a pedal-stacked mini tube amp than to selecting a preset, and you get the sag, punch, chime and grind of the classic American and British designs wherever you happen to be playing.

Nine amps, eight effects

Nine VET amp models and eight effects models cover the ground between quiet practice and capturing an idea properly, without needing anything else plugged in.

Inputs for the whole act

Mic and instrument inputs make this a practical option for singer-songwriters as well as guitarists. There is also a 1/8-inch auxiliary input with a flat-EQ Line setting, so your music library sounds right between jam sessions rather than being pushed through an amp voicing.

Rhythms, tap tempo and a looper

Playing on your own, flip a dial and you have 33 rhythm tracks with a tap-tempo feature for zeroing in on the groove of a song. A 40-second looper is built in, which is enough to lay down a chord progression or a vocal hook and play over it.

Wall power or a power bank

The included power supply covers home use. Connect a compatible third-party USB power bank instead and the running time is limited only by the bank, which is what makes the Mini Go 50 work for busking, camping, holidays and location filming.
