The Yamaha TF3 Digital Mixing Console is a powerhouse designed for live sound reinforcement, offering a compact yet robust solution for audio engineers. Equipped with 25 motorized faders (24 channels + 1 master), the TF3 supports up to 48 input mixing channels (40 mono + 2 stereo + 2 return) when expanded with the optional Tio1608-D I/O rack. It features 24 analog XLR/TRS combo mic/line inputs, 2 RCA stereo line inputs, and 16 analog XLR outputs, providing versatile connectivity for live setups. The console’s TouchFlow Operation™ interface, anchored by a 7" full-color touch screen, ensures smooth, natural control, complemented by a Touch & Turn knob and four User Defined knobs for precise adjustments.

 


Sound quality shines with recallable D-PREâ„¢ preamplifiers, delivering clean, high-fidelity audio with a dynamic range of 110 dB and total harmonic distortion below 0.05%. The TF3 offers extensive processing with 8 effects processors, 10 graphic equalizers, and 1-knob EQ/compression modes like Vocal Mode, streamlining sound shaping. It supports 20 Aux buses (8 mono + 6 stereo), a Stereo bus, a Sub bus, and 8 DCA groups with Roll-out for advanced channel management.


Digital capabilities include 34 x 34 channel recording/playback via USB 2.0 for DAWs like Nuendo Live, plus 2 x 2 channel recording to USB storage devices with MP3/WAV playback. An expansion slot for the NY64-D card adds further connectivity. Beyond traditional mixing, the TF3 supports wireless control through apps like TF Editor and StageMix, allowing remote operation from up to three iPads or computers—perfect for live flexibility.


Weighing 17.0 kg and measuring 716 mm (W) x 225 mm (H) x 599 mm (D), the TF3 is portable yet durable, operating at 100–240 V (110 W).
